1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship fresh flowers from South Florida. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before cutoff time in selected areas.
• We deliver to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure the address is correct.
• If no one is available at delivery, we may leave the flowers at a safe location or attempt redelivery.

2. Perishable Goods

All flowers are perishable. Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement and before preparation. See our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lafont's Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
